Paired with our 301 Hoops, the Gretsch Hoop Clip will convert your conventional Gretsch drum set into a vintage inspired kit in a matter of minutes.
Because 301 hoops do not have a tension rod ear, they use our hoop clip system to secure the drumhead to any Rack, Floor, or snare drum. Not only do they capture specific sound characteristics of a very old drum, they also enhance the look similar to vintage drums which are very sought after today.
“Gretsch 301” Single Flange hoop and clip assembly are available as a custom build option on all USA Custom and Broadkaster drums and USA metal snares. The hoop clip and all sizes of our 301 hoops are also available as an aftermarket sales part.
