The Gretsch 301 Hoop will convert your conventional Gretsch drum set into a vintage inspired kit in a matter of minutes. Because 301 hoops do not have a tension rod ear, they are lighter in weight than the 3mm double flange hoop and they capture specific sound characteristics of a very old drum. 301 hoops use our hoop clip system which enhance the look of vintage drums which are very sought after today. “Gretsch 301” Single Flange hoops are available as a custom build option on all USA Custom and Broadkaster drums and USA metal snares.
